Please do not throw any kind of paper on the toilets as it may clog the drain pipe and septic system. Throw them into the garbage can or use hose bidet available on each toilet instead of paper towels. Move trash carts facing the road on Tuesdays night and move them back next day after garbage has been collected. The pool has an automatic vacuum cleaner and if you need to remove it then make sure you pull out the hose from the pool skimmer where the hose is connected. Do not take out of water the pool vacuum without disconnecting its hose from the pool skimmer as it will suck air instead of water and damage the pool pump.
Making fire on the backyard is against the law as it may cause a forest fire quickly. Please make fire only on the firepit or BBQ. Please leave a batch of towels washing on the washer before checkout.
Cancellation Policy: Strict
Cancel 30+ days before check-in: deposit returned, no further charges. Cancel after: deposit is non-refundable. Balance is only charged after you arrive.
